The Australian bikini model was praised by her 1 million followers after sharing a side-by-side photo earlier this week.
Karina Irby accompanied her pics – which showed one of her at 54kg (8.5st) and the other at 64kg (10st) – with an empowering message.
She then detailed the difference between the two snaps to her fans, welcoming the presence of “boobs, butt, hip and thighs”.
The beauty wrote: “This morning Facebook notified me of a memory from 9 years ago.”

She added: “I was so shocked to see how tiny I used to be when I was a teenager.”
Karina went on to describe how she felt when her body started to change, making her feel “self-conscious”.
The Aussie explained: “I remembered that as my body was maturing I was gaining weight, curves and more fake reasons to feel self conscious about my appearance.
“I used to put so much pressure on myself to try and keep my teenager look but not only was it unhealthy, it just wasn’t in the cards for me. I’ve never felt better about myself mentally and physically.
“What I’m trying to say is stop being so hard on yourself. Your body is beautiful and it’s keeping you alive! Worship the heck out of it! I wish I did sooner.”
Unsurprisingly, the model’s post went wild online, securing more than thousands of comments.
One gushed: “I love this so much! Thank you so much for putting yourself out there and giving the message to embrace and love yourself and your body the way it is.”
A third commented: “This is insane. You look so amazing now.”
Many of her other followers called Karina “beautiful” and “brave” for her honest post.
Meanwhile, this isn’t the first time her photo went viral.
Last year, she shared a “spot the difference” image where she asked her followers if they can find the eight edits in her photo.
She said: “Ok. Let’s play a game. Can you spot the eight edits I’ve made to this photo of myself?
“Less comparing yourself and others to online images and more self love and education.”
