Abstract
Here, we introduced a novel exonuclease-assisted isothermal nucleic acid amplification (Exo-NAT) utilizing the full-length Bst DNA polymerase combined with a melting curve analysis. This method achieved an ultrahigh specificity with a good detection limit (102 copies) in both singleplex and multiplex detection, which was validated by detecting three diarrhea-inducing pathogens, rotavirus A, astrovirus, and adenovirus, in 42 clinical samples.

Conclusions:
Our data showed that the detection rate of astrovirus in diarrheal children (18.87%) was higher than observed in other countries, where they were reported in diarrheal children in 10.3%–0.8% of patients and a mean incidence worldwide of 11%. Our data showed that the detection rate of astrovirus in pediatric gastroenteritis was greater than previously reported in Italy.

ConclusionThe study demonstrates the safety and feasibility of pre-emptively manufacturing peptide pulsed ADV-specific cells for high-risk pediatric patients after transplantation and provides early evidence of clinical efficacy.

This study investigated the prevalence of PAstV in 488 fecal samples collected from piglets with and without diarrhea in 28 pig farms in northern and central parts of Thailand using RT-PCR. The overall prevalence of PAstV infection was 6.5% (32/488), of which 21/251 (8.4%) were in diarrheic and 11/237 (4.6%) were in healthy pigs.
